The WA Industry Link Regional Communication Forum in Bunbury will provide small-to-medium sized businesses the opportunity to hear directly from State Government Agencies about local contract opportunities in the South West region.

Hosted by the Department of Jobs, Tourism, Science and Innovation, you will hear from key agencies about policy to support your business and participate in a networking session with other Government agencies doing work in your region.  

Presenting agencies will include:

  • The Department of Jobs, Tourism, Science and Innovation, covering updates to the Western Australian Industry Participation Strategy (WAIPS), the WA Buy Local Policy 2020, the Local Capability Fund and a summary of projects for the region; 
  • The Department of Finance, covering government procurement and the WA Government’s Pipeline of Work.
  • The Department of Training and Workforce Development covering workforce and training options, including financial incentives for employing apprentices and trainees.

Registrations open at 4:30 pm for a 5 pm start. 
Light refreshments will be provided.
